La Kommune (Paris)
Comments (2) La Kommune, which used to be called La Forge, is an artist squat located rue Ramponeau in the Belleville area of Paris. L’Atlas and Teurk’s studios are hosted there.
In the yard the visitor admires a huge red, black and white mural, product of a collaboration between several artists like Speedy Graffito, Sunset, Above, L’Atlas and Zoo Project. There is also a smaller mural by Sunset and L’Atlas.
Then at the back of the yard three walls are free for everyone. Small gardens can be found in the whole yard; they were created for the inhabitants of the area.
This place is thus open to anyone, regardless of age, which is very nice.
